Hi y’all! My name is Karina Flores and I am this years VP of administration for Area 3. As VP Admin I am in charge of providing newsletters to my area residents, keeping records of area council meetings to be available for you guys and much more. Currently I am majoring in Communications and minoring in English which I can’t wait to concentrate solely on that. I love to read, take photos, chill, socialize, and most importantly have fun! I hope to see everyone involved with area council and come say hi to me whenever you guys see me around I would love to get to know u guys!
Hey! I’m Mahogany Allen your VP of internal affairs, I help with planning and I recruit and coordinate programs with floor representatives. I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada then moved to Phoenix,Arizona when I was 5 and moved to Rancho Cucamonga (So. Cal) when I was 13 and now I’m here at East Bay! so I am true west coast girl. My major is business management and I’m pretty goofy at times but I am a very calm and chill person. I wish you all the best and I look forward to serving you all! Hi guys! I’m Bianca. I’m this year’s VP of Finance for Area 3. I’m from the Modesto area down in the Central Valley. I’m a Business major with an option in Accounting. I’m half Salvadorean and half Guatemalan and also the oldest of 3 sisters. In my spare time, I like to listen to different genres of music ranging from Spanish oldies to Cumbias, or just anything that makes me want to dance or bob my head. I love hanging out with friends and going to explore new places.
Hi! My name is Princess Robinson and I am VP Programming. I will be working with my team on coming up with events for all residents to attend to. I also hope to see many ideas of events from people and I will try to make that happen.I am 19 years old and I’m from Oakland. My favorite color is pink and I love coffee ice cream. HELLO MY BEAUTIFUL PIONEERS! I am a first year here at East Bay majoring in Health Science. I plan on going to graduate school to get my Master’s in Public Health/Epidemiology so I can become an Epidemiologist (Medical Detective). I went to school in Corona, California but spent most of my time in Baldwin Park. I graduated high school with 12 college units and played sports (volleyball and basketball). I am family oriented and enjoy great company. I love to read, listen to music, bake/cook, and play video games. I hope to meet every one of you here at East Bay. Don’t be shy, come and say hi! Hi, My name is Keiran and I’m the VP of Finance of Area 2. I’m from Sacramento, CA and I’m a Computer Engineering major. In my spare time I like to play guitar, go run, or just be around my friends. I’m really looking forward to Area Council this year!
Alexus Wright (VP of External affairs):
Hello my name is Alexus Wright and I am this year’s 2014-2015 Vice President of external affairs for area 2.  I am from South Central Los Angeles and I graduated from Crenshaw High School. My major is Biology with the option in physiology.  I look forward to seeing everyone on campus!
Anthony Patterson (VP of Programming): 
My name is Anthony Patterson and I’m Vice President of Programming for Area 2. I’m from the beautiful city of San Bernardino. My major is kinesiology with a therapeutic studies option. My hobbies include running, cycling, swimming, and rock climbing. I enjoy talking to people and going out to explore.
Yamileth Morales (vp of internal affairs)
Hey guys my name is Yami Morales and I am VP of Internal Affairs for Area 2. I come from SoCal and moving to the bay was a good choice. I am majoring in Psychology and I enjoy playing volleyball. I joined Area Council to get involved since not only am I new to this campus but I am also new to the Bay area. I am really excited to be part of this council and to get to know more residents. I am looking forward to a great year, and I hope you all can make it to the events that RHA and Area Council hosts.


Area 1

Hi, I’m Spring Soto and I’m a sophomore majoring in Psychology and Communications. I’m from Fresno, California (WOOOO) This is my second year on area council, first time as president. I would love to see a United area one with a great sense of community. I’m always open to ideas and love to see residents involved. If you see me around campus, make sure to say hello!!

My name is Breanna Freitas and I am a sophomore majoring in Speech Pathology & Audiology with a minor in American Sign Language. I love trying new foods, adventuring to new places, and learning new things. I am very charismatic and I love meeting new people!

Kim Zib here! I will be Area 1′s VP of Administration! I’m an Art Major who is doing a double option in Graphic Design and Multimedia. I’m currently Vice President of the Creative Pioneers on campus and a member of the University Honors Program. If you’re interested in joining any of these things come to me for information! I also love to play video games, write, listen to kpop, and do art. I love to meet new people and try new food. Feed me something unique and I’ll be your new friend! 
Hello! My name is Clarissa Felix, I’m a second year from Orange County, CA
majoring in Environmental Science. I enjoy going out to local shows with my friends,
hosting shows, and swimming at the beach. I’m really looking forward to working with my
council members this year and organizing exciting events for our Area 1 residents!
My name is Bianca Collazo. I am Vice President of External Affairs for Area Council. I am currently a Sophomore with a Criminal Justice major and a Spanish minor. I grew up in small city in Southern California, and I have been loving the Bay every since. East Bay has allowed me to involve myself in so many ways that really enhance my college experience. Throughout my two years in Hayward I have participated in the Hayward Neighborhood Promise Program, which is an amazing program to help the community and their families grow. I’m also currently a Peer Mentor, my job is to ensure first-year college students get the best experience they can while always been a helping hand for them. Additionally, I am also a part of the delegation for PACURH which is giving me the chance to show my school spirit along with many other residence around the pacific region. I enjoy the opportunity to represent East Bay and be a part of Area Council as a voice for our students.
My name is Alejandro Arias and I am from Southern California where the weather can get too hot. I grew up with the mentality that you have to work harder that the person next to you to achieve all that you want. Currently I am a Sophomore who is pursuing there dreams and goal through California State University East Bay. I’m also a proud brother of Alpha Kappa Omega and I currently hold the position of Historian along with Public Relations. I’m the type of person who would be there for you at four in the morning if need be. I strongly believe in giving support to others whether I recently met them, or if their a close friend.

Misha James, I am a graduate student and Assistant Residence Life Coordinator for Area 3 (Juniper & Sequoia).  I have a BA in Psychology and I have worked in education. My goals are to achieve my Masters degree in Counseling with a Marriage and Family Therapy licensure and perhaps one day go back for my PhD.


I love MOVIES!, bike riding, hiking and doing yoga. I also love the Beach and taking pictures of random sunsets…Yes, sometimes at a stoplight.

My name is Patricia Rodriguez and I am your Vice President of Internal Affairs for the 2014-2015 academic year. I am majoring in Biological Science, Minoring in Chemistry with an emphasis in Physiology. I already have an immense passion for this position, and am a firm believer of representing the concerns of residents for a successful outcome. I love this university and am only beginning to become involved with RHA but I only hope to continue to work in 2014-2015 to make Pioneer Heights a better Community for all!

Goals and Ideas:
Publish monthly RHA Newsletter and maintain updates on RHA Events. Quarterly town hall meetings to hear residents’ questions, and offer feedback, while always attempting to achieve proper compromise. Identify Advocacy initiatives for pioneer heights residents so that all residents’ voices can be heard and addressed accordingly.  Plan programs that can be attended by as many residents as possible. Feel free to contact me at any time:
